Verhuurder Hicondo vraagt te hoge servicekosten. Dat kan je terug krijgen!
Huurders kregen € 500 per jaar terug van het voorschot servicekosten dat ze betalen.
Misschien valt dat bij jou lager uit, maar het is vast de moeite.
Laat geen geld liggen – kom nu in actie
Voor servicekosten betaal je maandelijks een voorschot. De verhuurder moet elk jaar een afrekening sturen met de werkelijke kosten. Heb je teveel betaald? Dan hoor je dat terug te krijgen. Het gaat over alle kosten die je betaalt naast de kale huur. Dus ook meubilering, huismeester en andere kosten. Hicondo stuurt wel een afrekening, maar die roept veel vragen op. De kosten moeten ook verantwoord worden met facturen. Je kan je de Huurcommissie vragen een uitspraak te doen. Daarvoor moet je €25 leges betalen, maar dat krijg je terug bij winst en die kans is heel groot.
Woonde je in (een deel van) 2020 of 2021 bij Hicondo? Tot en met 30 juni kan je de servicekosten 2020 aankaarten. Doe het nu! (2021 kan ook later nog, maar beter gelijk doen)
Verzoek de Huurcommissie om een uitspraak. Zie deze handleiding servicekosten Hicondo (met hier het bezwaar 2020 en 2021 als pdf om bij te voegen).

Landlord Hicondo charges too high service fees. You can get that back!
Some tenants got up to €500 per year back from the advance service charge they pay.
Maybe that will be lower for you, but do try. It’s probably worth it.
Reclaim your money – take action now
You pay a monthly advance for service charges. The landlord has to send a statement every year with the actual costs. Did you pay too much? Then you should get it back. Service charges include all costs you pay in addition to the basic rent. This includes security and other costs. Hicondo did send a statements, but that raises many questions. You can ask the Huurcommissie for a ruling. For that you have to pay €25, but you get that back if you win, and that chance is very high.
Did you live in (part of) 2020 and/or 2021 at Hicondo? You can reclaim 2020 service charges until June 30 at the latest. Do it now! (2021 can be done later, but better to do it now)
